French packaging manufacturer PSB Industries has signed an agreement to acquire C+N Packaging Inc., which specializes in plastic closures for fragrance, cosmetics and other consumer packaging.
C+N Packaging, headquartered in Wyandanch, N.Y., has manufacturing plants in North America and Poland. The move is intended to strengthen PSB Industries’ North American presence while gaining new surface treatment capabilities, according to a company news release.
PSB Industries, which operates production plants in France, the United States, Japan and Mexico, also has custom thermoform packaging operations and develops fine mineral products for lighting.
